The two week run of growth in the Australian wool market has been put to a halt, as the AWEX Eastern Market Indicator (EMI) recorded an overall loss of 23 cents, ending the week at 1,300c/kg.
Parallel to the prior growth in the market was also the number of people wishing to sell their wool; as a result, the national offering rose to 41,056 bales.
